Matt Hubbard and Jonathan Tucker established Team Turf Landscapes, LLC in January of 1996 to provide a complete range of exterior landscape services to owners and managers of commercial and residential real estate. Matt's educational background includes a Landscape Contracting Degree from North Metro Technical Institute where he was taught the hands-on aspects of landscape installation and maintenance. Matt has practical experience in areas of landscape installation that includes working with hardscapes, pond installation, irrigation design, grading, installation, and maintenance. In 1996 Matt received the Atlanta Youth Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

 

Jonathan Tucker graduated from the University of Georgia in 2000 with a degree in Landscape & Grounds Management. Studying under world-renowned horticulturists, Jonathan was instructed on plant identification, landscape disease and pest management, environmental factors affecting landscapes, and landscape and nursery management. His experience includes working in the greenhouses and trial gardens of the University of Georgia, which involved learning every aspect of growing and managing plants, as well as testing new plants for the Southeastern market. Jonathan also has his Pesticide Applicator's License, Turfgrass Management Certification, and is a Georgia Certified Landscape Professional.

 

Together, Matt and Jonathan work hard to produce outstanding landscapes and to display excellence in all customer interactions. Employees of the company are properly trained in the correct techniques of modern landscape management, and the trucks and equipment are up-to-date and clean. All of this comes together in helping to make Team Turf an upcoming leader in metro Atlanta's landscape industry.
